T-Shirts will be available!!!! They will be $12 for Med-XL and $15 for 2XL-4XL Artwork is posted on the RIverCity Gamers Yahoo group. We will take pre-orders for T-shirt and have a limited number available on-site.

These prices include both days. Some reasonable event fees will apply for some events. You can pay via PayPal from this site. You can also choose to prepay for a T-shirt (size of your choice) T-Shirt Orders have gone to the printer (10-16-06) If you did not pre-order a shirt, there will be a limited number available onsite.
Judges:
We welcome games of all systems. If you want to run an event at Brewfest, pre-reg as normal and contact us with information about your game. We will need: Game title, system, number of players, Slot game will run, a short description of your game, including any event fees that you will charge players to participate. Also, to avoid people signing up for events that may or may not happen, we are asking judges to prepay before we will post their event. Event fees are up to the individual judge, but we do ask that you keep them reasonable. Please ask yourself, "Would I pay this much to play this game?" If your answer is "no", your fees are probably too high.
