EVENT REGISTRATION IS NOW CLOSED!  Now don't you fret, and don't you frown.  You can still play.  Come to the Con and you can sign up at the RPGA headquarters for any event.  I am still leaving the calender of events on this site so you can see what is being run.

Can I still register a group?

YES, ABSOLUTELY.  Please email me directly and I can get your group in.  I can do this even at the convention but understand, the preregistered participants come first.  My email address is LFR.ConOnTheCob2009@mstb.net.

RPGA Numbers:

Hopefully, you gave me the proper RPGA numbers.  All new players including the kids, will be given rpga numbers.  Kids under the age of 13 must have their parent or guardian sign.

I signed up, what next:

It is important that you arrive at your event before your start time. It is recommended that you arrive 30 minutes before your start time. You check in at HQ and they will tell you what table to go to. At 10 minutes before start time, anyone on the wait list and walk-ins may register for the event to fill out the tables.  A PREREGISTERD PLAYER WILL BE TREATED AS A WALKIN IF THEY DO NOT ARIVE AT LEAST 10 MINUTES BEFORE THE START OF THE EVENT.

Want to be a Judge?

Players who want to be a judge can request this by email to LFR.ConOnTheCob2009@mstb.net.. Give us as much detail about yourself. Include AT LEAST the following information: Name, Age, How long you have been playing D & D, How long you have been playing LFR, How long you have been playing 4th edition. Also include your address, and telephone number. Don't worry if you have no experience judging. For everything, there is a first time.

Once you have been accepted to judge, you will need to give us your availability for the convention and your shirt size. Details will be handled over the phone.

Our organization also does AnCon 2010.  I will need judges for that.  We are also trying to work with other conventions as well.  There will be details as these come up.
