Please note: Older versions of the Ads included the 4 hour Warhammer RPG 'The Marienburg Chronicles, part I' in slot 1 (11:30 - 3:30pm). This has been replaced by the 4 hour Warhammer RPG 'The Nine Virtues of Magnus the Pious' by Dagon Waters.
Registration is now open!
Register & sign up for RPGs between May 5th and 7:00pm June 5th.
Warhorn and email pre-registration will close at 7:00pm on Friday 6/5.
However, people may sign up for any open seats in games, prior to their start
times, at Gamer's Haven on V3 Day.
To signup online for RPGs, please do the following:
Log in with a Warhorn acct or click on 'register to attend' to create a new acct.
Fill in all the appropriate information, please use a valid email address.
The system will create you an acct, email you and automatically log you into Warhorn.
If you wish, you may click on 'gaming schedule' at the top of the screen, to see the time slots of all the games.
Next, to register for RPGs, click on 'sign up for games', at the top of the screen.
Using the 'player' line of the drop down boxes, select each of the games you want to register for, up to 5 slots of games.
Don't bother to change the last drop down box on each line, just leave it on '(combat)'; that particular field doesn't mean anything for this event, for the D&D RPGs offered.
After selecting up to 5 games using the drop down boxes, click to save. Then click on 'gaming schedule' at the top of the screen and click on 'print a copy of your schedule', to the far right of the screen.
This will take you to a screen where you may print out a list of your registered games with times, using the standard print function.
Alternately, to sign up for games individually, while viewing the schedule of games, you can click on 'sign up' next to the game you want, then click the radio button next to the word 'play' and click 'save'. Do not change the information in the drop down boxes labeled (combat role) or level.
If you wish to register for games, but do not want to create a Warhorn acct or have questions, please contact the Event Organizer, Shannon.
Registering for RPGs is highly recommended, either by Warhorn or by email. Priority will be given to registered players on time for their games.
Registering for boardgames is not absolutely necessary. However, we are trying to ensure we have the right number of volunteers available to teach boardgames and have the right selection of boardgames available. So
if possible, please drop the Event Organizer, Shannon a note, if you plan to attend the boardgaming.
Several tables of various boardgames will be active from 11:30am to midnight. Boardgames will be provided and players, to teach the games, will be around during the entire event.
Come play an old favorite or learn a new boardgame! Bring the family and game together!

A. All characters and game materials will be provided. So you really don't need to bring anything.
However, depending on the game, you may wish to bring game dice, paper and pencil.
You also may wish to bring your print out of registered games, so you will know your schedule.
Q. Do I need to do anything after registering for the games?
A. After you register, either by the Warhorn site or by email to the event organizer, you should receive a confirming email, not long afterwards.
If you do not receive a confirmation email, please contact the Event Organizer, Shannon.
Once you receive a confirmation email of your registered games, you do not need to do anything further.
Q. How early do I need to show up before the games?
A. All games will start and end promptly according to the schedule, particularly the 1 hr Micro-Burst games.
As long as you are registered and are at the correct table at the time slot's start time, you will be able to play the RPG.
Priority will be given to registered players.
However, if there are open seats in a game on June 6th, unregistered players will be allowed to sign up at Gamer's Haven, on a first come basis, before the games, to fill any empty seats.
Please note that the first time slot is at 11:30am and Gamer's Haven opens at 11:00am.
Q. What about breaks?
